Introducing 5-to-0 Reset — a special collaboration between Yoga Movement and L’Occitane that blends movement with a mindful skincare ritual, inspired by one simple idea: it doesn’t take much to reset. Sometimes, just a few seconds can change your entire mood.
This 30th May at 6pm, we’re taking over Silver Garden at Gardens by the Bay for a 90-minute guided experience designed to help you switch off from the city while sitting right in the middle of it. And honestly? It’s one of those events that you’ll probably never forget.
What to Expect
Your evening starts with a simple grounding moment — a short guided reset using the Immortelle Reset Serum to help you arrive, breathe, and leave the day behind before we even begin moving:
5 seconds to pause.
5 movements to awaken your senses
1 ritual to reset your mind, skin & body
0 distractions.
Fully present. Fully you.
From there, you will flow through a smooth, accessible 80-minute flow designed for all levels. Nothing overly technical. Nothing intimidating. Just movement that feels good in your body - done the YM way!

This experience is less about perfect poses and more about how you feel walking away from it. How to Access the Event
There are three ways to join us:
1. YM Membership Holders
YM Membership holders receive priority access to the event.

Priority access is limited and subject to availability.
2. YM Class Pack Users
Already have a YM class pack or share pack? You can use your existing credits.
- Booking opens: 24 May 2026
- Cost: 3 credits
- Booking method: Directly via the YM App
3. General Event Tickets — $45
Not a YM member or just out of credits? We’ve got you. You’ll be able to purchase a special event ticket directly on the YM App under “Buy A Class Pack”. Once purchased, simply use the credits to secure your booking from 24 May onwards.
To book your mat, simply head to ‘Book A Mat’ on the YM App. Filter the studios and select ‘Silver Leaf, Gardens By The Bay’ and you’ll be able to secure your mat. Do take note that Membership and Credit bookings will be separated.

- This is a fully outdoor experience. In the case of rain, the event will be cancelled but your credits will be returned.
- Registration starts at 5pm and the class will start at 6pm promptly. Please come early to ensure you get the full experience.
- There will be strictly no cancellations or no-show refunds within 3 days of the event.
